Welcome to the Silverados Dance Team Tryout page! Everything you will need for the upcoming team tryouts can be found here. If you have any questions regarding the upcoming audition, please contact Caroline Popoff: popoffc@friscoisd.org
Important Silverados Tryout Dates
*Prep Clinics dates will be announced on our Social Media*
Tryout Meeting - Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 at 6:00pm
Tryout Packets Due - Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at 4:30pm
Silverados Team Tryouts - Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at 5:00pm
Who is eligible to audition for the Silverados?
Any incoming PCHS freshman or current PCHS student is allowed to audition. You must attend the tryout meeting in February with a parent or guardian in order to be eligible to audition.

Pom Dance
- Correct Pom Technique
- Style and Performance
Traditional Silverado Strut
- Proper Kick Technique
- Right and Left Splits
- Kick Height and Flexibility
